Co Curricular

One of the advantages of being a student at Patto is the exposure to an extensive range of co and extra-curricular programs that many other primary schools do not or cannot offer.

These programs are extensive and provide students with the opportunity to undertake new challenges and trial new activities ranging across sport, music, academic, art, drama and some charitable activities. The opportunities provided in these programs enhance the educational aspect of Patterson Lakes Primary School.

It is important for children to be aware of, develop empathy for, and learn ways to help those not as fortunate as themselves. Some of the charities that are supported include Childhood Cancer, Royal Children’s Hospital, Red Cross, State Schools' Relief, and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome [SIDS]. In addition to fundraising, Patto has a close association with the local retirement villages where we have provided musical performances, computer lessons, and morning and afternoon teas.
